NRR: I love that series!

"True." I nodded.

"Oh well." I sighed, keeping my eyes locked on the book.

I went to sit down by Sparky, but I made my own chaor out of rocks.

"Nice." I noted, looking at the chair.

"Yeah. I'm learning earth." I sighed. "Gav probably has two kits by now." I said looking through a window into the distance.

"I'm kinda happy for her. But I understand your thoughts.." I set down the book and rested my elbow on his shoulder, playing a bit, "You make a nice armrest, did you know that?"

"You mean its another feline that makes me dead if something happens to it? And yes, yes I do."

NRR: of Sparky enjoying me as an armrest?

I rolled my eyes, "Don't worry, I'll protect you." I put my elbow but and put ym feet on the footrest, "Worry only when you have to worry."

'Yeah. I guess. But who said anything about me needing protection?"

"It's call sarcasm, buddy. Well, like, half-sarcasm, I guess." I shrugged, "I want to make sure your okay, but I don't want to be overprotective. I guess."

"I know. I understand. Maybe restraints would be better..."

I shrugged again and looked out the window. The sun was setting, the sky lit up in a show of beautiful clors, like a quilt. I smiled and rested my head on Blaze's large, muscular shoulder, "You make a nice headrest, too."

"I know." I said jokingly.

I sighed contently and closed my eyes.

I just smiled.

I smiled with him.

I sighed happily and let Sparky lay on me.

I put my arm around Blaze's other shoulder, watching most of the canines head back to their caves. A few were still playing a heated poker game, and some slept.

Friction finally downed the last of her second drink.
"Those pool boys better get ready to get a butt kickin" she muttered laughingly as she walked over.

"Go Fric." I chuckled, whistling.

"Show 'em who's boss."

Friction had her back to them, so she gave them a thumbs up and walked to the pool table, betting the nearest guy.

I grinned and watched.
