Tank Handling and Testing

"Gears.. you did this?"

Brooklyn and I said at the same time as we walked forward. Brooklyn looked like she was about to cry.. or die. I was staying calm, with a serious look on my face.

Saya stared numbly at Ranger. She whirled on Gears, morphing human, Saya drew her sword and pointed it at him. "Sun, move."

Sunlit ran over to Ranger, still in wolf form, once she was at his side, she went human again.
"Ranger" she whispered to him "Ranger wake up!! Ranger!"

Saya stepped forward, her sword barely touching Gears neck.

"Maybe." Gears replied sheepishly. He was angry at himself now. "Gears, what happened?"
Ranger moaned in pain.

Brookyln slowly walked away. And by then she was crying madly. I looked at him, with the same face, arms crossed.

"You half to live" she growled, kneeling by him.
"For Saya! Live for Saya!"

Saya kicked Gears in the chest, making him fall over, her blade never leaving his neck.

He tried to point to the needle, embedded in his shoulder.
Gears snarled. A sword flashed out of the arm. He slashed at Saya's sword.

Saya blocked the blow, now she went to actually kill him.

Sunlit grabbed the needle and pulled it out as she heard swords. She looked over to see Saya and Gears fighting. Oh how badly she wanted to help, but she knew she had to help Ranger first.

"Gears," I said calmly, my voice as thin and cool as ice. "Will you kindly tell me why you turned this guy into a wolf, causing Brooklyn to have an emotional breakdown?" I boke the two swords from the fight with my own.

Saya answered for him. "Cuz Ranger was developing elemental powers, so your mutt shot him with a dart."

"He has powers. Really." He jerked the needle from his shoulder. Ranger moved dusty medicine bottles to Sunlit's hands, without using his.

I said nothing, but my eyes seemed to be set in stone. Cold, hard, ice blue eyes that glared at Gears, "Did you have permission from Blaze to do so?"

"do i have to give you a shot?!" Sunlit muttered. She never did like them.

"No. He didn't." I said powerfuly. Gears looked down. "No, you don't. I will."

"Lets think about that. NO ONE KNEW WE WERE HERE BUT HIM!!!" Saya screamed.

"Shoulder... Hurts... Can't..." Ranger mumbled. Breaths got shorter.

"Crap! Is it getting infected?!" Sunlit grew frantic, unsure what to do.
"I need someone who knows how to heel better than a 10 year old!"

Saya knocked Sparky's sword out of her hand. She pointed her sword back at Gears. "If he even dies, your going with him."

"Me." I volunteered. I put my hand on Ranger, trying to heal him, and if possible, restore his human half.

Saya kept her sword pointed at Gears, but she was intently watching Ranger and Blaze.

Sunlit moved aside a bit, but was tense, ready to leap at anyone and anything.
